Day 23 of 30 day plant-based challenge

    Yesterday I ate a lot of sweet potatoes. Today I weighed in at 164lbs. I was very active yesterday. I cleaned my garage and shop.

    I ate quite a bit yesterday but it wasn't a lot of calories. I had salad, fruits, and sweet potatoes.


I was active for 10 hours and 5 minutes yesterday. I logged in 20107 steps. I burned 2942 calories. I didn't have any inactivity alerts. 

    I ran today and I added so protein. It will be interesting to see what my weight is tomorrow.

  1. We are about to eat some sweet potatoes ourselves. The Okinawans apparently ate them all day long, w/ good results. I hope our books help while on your challenge. Don also posts what he eats each week (as do I) on our YT channel as well at Plant Based Solution if it helps. I think many people may not realize how much they need to eat if used to an animal centered diet, and doing physical training, but once you (general you, not necessarily just you personally) find your sweet spot, and stay on top of getting sufficient calories, it's easy to thrive, and do it simply and affordably. ~Tracy
