April 20th Food and Exercise

Breakfast:
4 slices of bacon
2 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup mixed greens
1/2 mixed berries

Lunch:
Brisket and steak
2 cup mixed greens
1 cup mixed berries

Supper:
Baby back ribs
potatoe salad
Cole slaw

Exercise:
afternoon: weights, back routine
Evening.
