April 19th Food and Exercise

Breakfast:
4 slice of bacon
2 scrambled eggs

Lunch:
Brisket
2 cups mixed greens
1 cup mixed berries

Supper:
Chicken
Potatoe salad
Cole Slaw

Exercise:
Morning: 20 minutes walking
afternoon: weights, chest routine
Evening: Played with Zeus and TKD forms
