April 12 Food and Exercise

Breakfast:
4 slice of bacon
Strawberries
2 Scrambled eggs

Snack:
Coconut flakes
Dark Chocolate chips

Lunch:
Beef Vegetable soup

Supper:
Roast Beef
Potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions

Exercise:
afternoon: weights, pushing routine
Evening: 20 minutes TKD forms practice
