April 15 Food and Exercise

Breakfast:
4 slices of bacon
2 scrambled eggs

Lunch:
2 cups of mixed greens
1 cup of mixed berries
Roast Beef

Supper:
Pollo Feliz
Margaritas
corn chips
guacamole

Exercise:
Morning: 20 minutes walking
Afternoon: weights, arm routine
