Week 3 Day 7 hack

I weighed 179.5 this morning. Yesterday was the birthday party. So I had a lot of junk. I also had a couple glasses of wine last night. I did two workouts and a short run yesterday.





I had a protein shake after leading and participating in the classes today.





Fruits, veggies, cheeses, and a couple of wraps. I also had some potato chips with these foods.





We had cookies and brownies instead of cake for the party.

I'll soon be adding more information about resistant starch on the potato hack.
