Week 8 Day 2

    I was really busy last week and didn't post much. My diet has been the same. Weekends I relax and have some not so healthy foods, but nothing too horrible. So today I weighed 169.5 lbs. I'll weigh in this Friday for my total weight loss in 8 weeks. So here's a picture of a salad I had yesterday. It had kiwi, sliced apples, and berries on a bed of field greens and classic romaine blend.

 I really like the way the sweetness of the fruit and berries offsets the bitterness of the greens.

I've been writing, talking, and linking to articles about healthy gut bacteria. I noticed yesterday at Walmart that they were selling this brand. Its a good starter for adding bacteria into your colon.
