Week 4 Day 3 Hack

I weighed 175.5lbs this morning. Yesterday I did one exercise session for 30 minutes. This is what I had to eat yesterday:

Lentils with broccoli and peppers
2 bananas
1 large sweet potato
1 bowl rice, beans, and peppers





It started with leftover lentils and steamed broccoli.




Then I chopped up some small sweet peppers and added them to the mix.




It ended with a lentil soup of sorts. It was tasty.



Chili Hot Brown Beans with rice and sweet baby peppers.
