Week 3 Day 6 Hack

I weighed in this morning at 177.5lbs, that's .5lbs lighter than yesterday. I did one work out yesterday. This is what I had to eat.



For the 1st meal of the day I had my leftover sweet potatoes from Whole Foods. They were good even reheated.



My no fat potato salad. No eggs and no mayo. Just boiled potatoes, mustards, pickles, and spices.



 We ate at El Charro's last night. I had beef fajitas, chips, queso, guacamole, Michelob, and flan. The flan was for my granddaughters birthday. Thank you El Charro's for the flan. 

I also had four tablespoon of potato starch yesterday. More on the starch later.
