Week 4 Day 2 Hack
I weighed 179lbs yesterday and 177.5lbs today. I think I'll only weigh on Tuesdays. :-) I spent this weekend reading on the potato hack and other gut related site. I didn't take any food pics yesterday. I should have. We boiled up some red lentils that turned out really tasty. I also had some soup yesterday that a client made. It wasn't part of the hack but it was delicious too.
