5 slice of bacon
2 scrambled eggs
Almond cookie

Snack:
Beef jerky
Almond cookie
chocolate covered coconut

Lunch:
Beef vegetable soup.

Supper:
Steak
Sweet potatoe

Exercise

Afternoon: Weights, leg routine
