April 14 Food and Exercise

Breakfast:
4 slice of bacon
2 scrambled eggs

Lunch:
Roast Beef
2 cups mixed greens
1 cup mixed berries

Snack:
coconut flakes

Supper:
Salmon Patties

Exercise:
afternoon: weights, shoulder routine
Evening: Fitness Kickboxing
